Chain Plate Rotary Screen Rake

Overview and Application  
    The LF type chain plate rotary screen rake is a continuous-operation cleaning device produced by our company. It intercepts debris in liquids using grid bars. The rake plates descend behind the grid bars to the bottom, then rotate to the front of the grid bars, lifting the screened residue upward to the discharge port for removal, achieving solid-liquid separation. The width can reach up to 4 meters. The rake plates are driven by plate chains on both sides, operating in a cyclic motion. The spacing between rake plates is 1.2m to 1.5m, effectively raking larger debris such as wood blocks and bamboo poles, as well as sand and mud at the bottom of the screen.
    Widely used in various rainwater and sewage pumping stations in urban sewage treatment, water supply lifting pumping stations, and at the inlets of sewage treatment plants to intercept and remove floating debris. It is an ideal decontamination machinery.

Performance Features  
1. The drive device uses a cycloidal reducer, featuring low noise, compact structure, and stable, safe operation.
2. The frame has a unique structure, offering high rigidity and ease of installation and maintenance. Available in carbon steel and stainless steel, with carbon steel frames treated for corrosion resistance.
3. The transmission parts are made of stainless steel, effectively preventing corrosion damage to the equipment.
4. The rake plates are processed by CNC machine tools, ensuring high precision and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The grid spacing can be determined according to user requirements.
5. The PLC can control automatic operation based on the liquid level difference before and after the screen. A manual switch is provided on-site for manual operation. Operating procedures can be designed according to actual needs, and a master control interface is available for remote control. Operation is simple, flexible, and safe.
6. To prevent accidental overload, overload current protection is included, and a safety pin is designed on the drive sprocket for protection, providing both mechanical and electrical safeguards to ensure safe and reliable system operation.
 
When ordering, please provide:
1. Channel width, channel depth, installation angle, and rake spacing, along with a process design diagram of the screen channel.
2. The equipment frame is available in carbon steel or stainless steel. The plate rake chain, grid bars, and slag baffle are made of stainless steel. Users can select according to their needs when ordering.
3. The equipment comes with one set of control boxes, available in indoor and outdoor types.
4. Any special requirements should be specified in the order contract.
