Uses
Mainly used as plasticizer, solvent and flame retardant for plastics.
Used as a processing aid for floor polishes and water-based adhesives; as a flame retardant and plasticizer for acrylonitrile rubber, cellulose acetate, epoxy resins, ethyl cellulose, polyvinyl acetate, and thermoplastic and thermosetting polyurethanes. Also used as a defoamer (anti-foaming agent) in coatings, detergents, and textiles, with good low-temperature characteristics. This product can also be used as a plasticizer for ethyl cellulose and acrylic plastics, providing transparency and good UV resistance to the products.
