Classification

• By Structural Form: Swing cell door (door frame and door leaf as an integrated structure, with the door leaf opening outward), long-axis swing cell door (door frame, door leaf, and door hinge as an integrated structure, with the door leaf opening and locking device installed above the hinge, opening outward), sliding cell door (door frame and door leaf as an integrated structure, with the door leaf moving along a track), and barred cell door (door frame and door leaf as an integrated structure, with the door leaf composed of multiple fixed bars).

• By Function: Fully enclosed cell door (door frame and door leaf as an integrated structure, with the door leaf made of non-transparent materials except for the observation window), electric cell door (using electric drive to control the door leaf operation), electronically controlled cell door (using electrical signals to control the opening and closing of the door leaf), and composite structure cell door (adopting a one-frame, two-leaf structure, with the door leaves being a barred door and a fully enclosed door respectively).

Technical Requirements

Door Leaf

• Inner Surface Flatness: The tolerance for inner surface flatness should be ±1.0mm/m2.

• Steel Frame: The internal steel frame of the door leaf should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 16796-2009.

• Filling Material: The filling material inside the door leaf should be made of materials with good fire resistance, thermal insulation, and sound absorption properties, and should be flame-retardant, non-toxic, and pollution-free.

Door Frame

• Material: The door frame should be made of steel material, and its quality should comply with the provisions of Q235 in GB/T 700-2006.

• Structure: The door frame should have sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure the normal use and safety of the door.

Locking Mechanism

• Mechanical Anti-Theft Lock: Should comply with the relevant provisions of GA/T 73-1994, and its protection level should be no less than Grade B.

• Electronic Anti-Theft Lock: Should comply with the relevant provisions of GA 374-2001, and its protection level should be no less than Grade B.

• Electronically Controlled Lock: Should have reliable electronic control functions, enabling remote opening and closing in emergency situations.

Safety Performance

• Anti-Destruction Performance: The door leaf and door frame of the cell door should be able to withstand a certain level of destruction, and its anti-destruction time should meet the requirements of relevant standards.

• Impact Resistance: The cell door should have good impact resistance, capable of withstanding a certain level of impact without damage.

• Fire Resistance: The cell door should have a certain level of fire resistance, and its fire resistance limit should meet the requirements of relevant standards.

• Corrosion Resistance: The cell door should have good corrosion resistance when used in humid, dusty, or other harsh environments.

Installation Requirements

• Installation Location: The cell door should be installed in the inmate accommodation areas of the prison building, such as entrances and exits of dormitories, toilets, washrooms, etc.

• Fixing Method: The cell door should be securely fixed to the wall using expansion bolts or embedded parts to ensure stability and safety.

• Gap Treatment: Gaps between the cell door and the wall should be filled and sealed with fireproof, waterproof, and dustproof materials to ensure the door's sealing performance.
