Marine Deck Surface Valve CB/T4233-2013
Marine deck surface valve, including connecting base plate, support seat, and valve stem. The connecting base plate and support seat are fastened together by nuts and double-ended bolts, with the double-ended bolts extending through the inner cavity of the connecting base plate. Both ends of the support seat are fixedly connected with U-shaped brackets. The valve stem passes through the U-shaped brackets and is connected to the valve disc via a compression nut. A control gasket is provided at the contact surface between the valve disc and the valve stem. The valve disc is positioned in the cavity of the support seat and contacts the O-ring in the cavity of the support seat. This marine deck surface valve achieves sealing by moving the valve disc up and down via the valve stem, utilizing the tight fit between the valve disc and the support seat to keep the entire surface valve sealed. This surface valve is suitable for decks with media temperatures ranging from 10°C to 80°C, and is applicable for marine deck surfaces handling media such as freshwater, seawater, and sewage.
Marine deck surface valve, comprising a connecting base plate (1), a support seat (2), and a valve stem (9), characterized in that: the connecting base plate (1) and the support seat (2) are fastened together by nuts (3) and double-ended bolts (4), with the double-ended bolts (4) extending through the inner cavity of the connecting base plate (1); both ends of the support seat (2) are fixedly connected with U-shaped brackets (16); the valve stem (9) passes through the U-shaped brackets (16) and is connected to the valve disc (6) via a compression nut (8); a control gasket (7) is provided at the contact surface between the valve disc (6) and the valve stem (9); the valve disc (6) is positioned in the cavity of the support seat (2) and contacts the O-ring (5) in the cavity of the support seat (2); the valve stem (9) and the U-shaped brackets (16) are fixed by a cylindrical pin (11), with a threaded sleeve (10) provided on the outer surface of the cylindrical pin (11); the top of the valve stem (9) is connected to a handwheel (12) via a second nut (14), with both ends of the handwheel (12) fixedly connected to connecting rods (15), and the other ends of the connecting rods (15) fixedly connected to the valve stem (9), connecting the rods (15) to the valve stem (9).
