Body Material: Carbon steel, stainless steel, copper

Window Material: Tempered borosilicate glass, quartz glass, aluminosilicate glass

Tempered borosilicate glass: Pressure resistance 2.5MPa, temperature resistance ≤200°C

Quartz glass: Pressure resistance 10MPa, temperature resistance ≤1000°C

Aluminosilicate glass: Pressure resistance 6.4MPa, temperature resistance ≤450°C

Sealing Material: Nitrile rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene

Maintenance and Care of Glass Windows

1. The turbine sight glass is used to observe the flow reaction equipment of liquids, gases, steam, and other media. Its window glass should be kept clean and free of dust.

2. The window glass of the turbine sight glass is a fragile component. Handle with care during installation.

3. The temperature and pressure resistance of the sight glass have certain limitations, depending on the actual situation.

The following provides physical experimental parameters for national standard glass manufacturing processes:

Temperature Resistance: Tempered borosilicate glass ≤200°C, quartz glass ≤1000°C, aluminosilicate glass ≤450°C

Pressure Resistance: Tempered borosilicate glass sheet ≤2.5MPa, quartz glass sheet ≤10.0MPa, aluminosilicate glass ≤6.4MPa

4. Allowable sudden temperature change <60°C. Glass may crack due to excessive temperature differences.

Glass Testing Standards: Designed, manufactured, and accepted in accordance with the "Chemical Pipeline Handbook" and HGJ501-502-86 "Pressure Vessel Sight Glass."

Connection Method: Flange type (national standard). Note: Flange standards can be customized to American, Japanese, or German standards based on customer needs.
