Main Applications

Aerospace Field

Capable of withstanding high temperatures, high pressure, and strong chemical erosion, it can be used to manufacture covers, air inlets, wingtips, cockpit parts, etc.

Automotive Industry

The high-temperature resistance and excellent mechanical properties of PPS material make it suitable for manufacturing various automotive components, such as intake pipes, radiators, cooling water tanks, igniters, heaters, carburetors, clutches, transmissions, gearboxes, bearing brackets, lamp covers, bumpers, fans, exhaust systems, as well as parts for mirrors and lamp bases. It can also replace metal in making exhaust circulation valves, water pump impellers, and pneumatic signal regulators.

Electronics and Electrical Field

Suitable for high-temperature electrical components in environments above 200°C, it can be used to manufacture brushes, brush holders, starter coils, blades, etc., on generators and engines. In televisions, it can be used for high-voltage casings, sockets, terminal blocks, and terminal boards. It is also used to make transformer, choke, and relay frames and housings, integrated circuit carriers. Utilizing its high-frequency performance, it can manufacture H-grade bobbins and trimmer capacitors. It can also be used for microelectronic component encapsulation, connectors, terminals, sockets, coil bobbins, motor casings, electromagnetic regulator discs, TV tuner shafts, relays, trimmer capacitors, fuse holders, tape recorders, magnetic therapy devices, and other components.
