The Miaohé Xuántōng Unit is a new type of prefabricated water purification equipment developed by Shanghai Laiduo Industrial Co., Ltd. It integrates various water conditions, application scenarios of purification equipment, and the development needs of modern IoT, combining innovative design concepts and cutting-edge technology to create a new generation of water treatment purification equipment. The device is comprehensively designed from multiple perspectives, including water diversion, lifting, high-pressure chamber pre-filtration, super fine filtration, transportation, control, assembly, and central automation. It breaks through the limitations of traditional water treatment installations, such as cumbersome processes, long installation periods, and high technical requirements for installation personnel. By incorporating the prefabrication concept, the entire equipment is fully tested and qualified for lifting, filtration, and control before leaving the factory. Installation is completed with simple connections, saving over 90% of installation costs compared to traditional on-site installation methods. The effluent quality incorporates comprehensive filtration methods such as chamber filtration and fine filtration, resulting in extremely high precision of the output water.
