ZX-219 Room Temperature Four-in-One Phosphating Solution
I. Product Introduction:
1. This product is a multifunctional metal treatment agent for room temperature use, featuring a unique formula composed of organic acids and various additives such as phosphating accelerators, catalysts, and corrosion inhibitors. It effectively performs degreasing, derusting, phosphating, and passivation processes, representing a technological breakthrough over traditional phosphating products.

II. Application Scope:
This product is suitable for priming large workpieces, steel structures, bridges, pipelines, doors, windows, vehicles, ships, and other surfaces before coating, where traditional phosphating is inconvenient to operate.

III. Technical Performance:
1. Appearance: Light green liquid, non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive, with no strong irritating odor.
2. Corrosion Resistance: The coating, tested according to GB/T12612-90 standard, shows no blistering, peeling, or rusting.
3. Easy application, no specialized equipment required; can be applied by wiping, soaking, brushing, or spraying.
4. Large coverage area, low cost; each kilogram can cover 20-30 square meters by wiping, soaking, or spraying.
IV. Usage Methods and Precautions:
1. This phosphating solution is ready to use without any adjustments. When brushing, apply more on heavily rusted areas, less on lightly rusted areas, and lightly on rust-free areas.
2. Before soaking or brushing, remove surface dirt, old paint, welding slag, dust, obvious oil stains (heavy oil stains), and loose rust (scaly oxide) from the workpiece. Keep the brushing surface dry; if the surface is wet, wipe it with a coarse cloth before application.
3. The coating should be thin rather than thick to avoid white powder formation. If applied too thickly, wipe off the excess with a soft cloth after half an hour. If localized whitening occurs on the steel surface after brushing, remove the white powder with a coarse cloth or sandpaper and reapply a layer.
4. Avoid working in steamy or overly humid environments; do not work outdoors during rain.
5. Surface drying time: 2 hours; full drying time: 24 hours. Topcoat should be applied after 24 hours.
6. This product does not contain heavy metals such as cadmium, lead, or hexavalent chromium.
7. It has a certain acidity; wear rubber gloves during operation.
