Product Description:
Oil and Rust Remover: An acidic concentrated formulation composed of corrosion inhibitors, synergists, metal protectants, surfactants, and additives. Primarily used for rapid removal of oil and rust from metal parts, uniformly stripping oxidized rust spots from workpieces without leaving marks, restoring the workpiece to a bright finish. Can be applied via immersion or spray methods.

III. Usage Instructions:
1. This product does not require heating and is best used at room temperature. Dilute the concentrate with water at a ratio of 1:3-5 and apply via immersion, spray, or other methods.
2. Workpieces treated with the oil and rust remover should be thoroughly rinsed with running water before proceeding to the next process.
3. As continuous production consumes the solution, the concentration of the working liquid will gradually decrease. Timely replenish the oil and rust remover to maintain acidity within the specified range to ensure effective oil and rust removal.
4. Promptly remove oil and other contaminants floating on the liquid surface to prevent recontamination of degreased workpieces.
IV. Product Features:
1. Oil and rust removal completed in one step. Water-based, non-polluting, non-flammable, non-explosive, non-volatile, and remains stable during long-term storage.
2. Application Scope: Medium and small-sized parts, large steel components, etc., for rust and oil removal, and rust activation treatment before coating of products such as steel, stainless steel, and castings.
3. Contains special corrosion inhibitors that do not corrode the metal substrate.
4. The two-in-one oil and rust remover can be reused repeatedly. Regularly clean floating contaminants and sediment at the bottom of the tank.
V. Precautions:
1. This product is acidic. Avoid bare-hand contact during operation. Wear chemical-resistant protective equipment, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and ensure adequate ventilation.
2. If contact with skin occurs, remove contaminated clothing and rinse thoroughly. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with plenty of water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
VI. Packaging and Transportation:
25 kg standard packaging. Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: three years.
