Four-in-One Phosphating Paste
1 Scope of Application
Suitable for degreasing, derusting, and phosphating treatment of steel parts of various shapes and materials. Compatible with coating processes such as electrostatic spraying, baking paint, powder coating, and painting.

2 Main Features
Solid packaging, convenient for storage and transportation. Can simultaneously complete the entire process of degreasing, derusting, phosphating, and passivation. Simple process, easy operation, no heating required, energy-saving. Good stability, minimal pollution. Does not contain harmful substances such as NaNO2, NaNO3, NaF, or Cr6+. The gray-black phosphating film is dense, continuous, and uniform, with all indicators meeting national standards. Low comprehensive treatment cost. Each kilogram can treat 10-20 square meters of surface. The paste is very easy to rinse off—just rinse and it comes off.

4 Process Flow
Remove severe oil stains and rust,
Apply phosphating paste
Rinse with water

5 Usage and Precautions
5.1 If the workpiece has severe oil stains and rust, degrease and derust first. For minor oil stains and rust, apply the phosphating paste directly. Use a brush or roller for application. If the paste is too thick and difficult to apply, add a little water to facilitate brushing. Generally, a thin layer is sufficient, depending on the specific condition of the workpiece.
5.2 After about 20 minutes of application, a dense gray-black phosphating film forms on the metal surface. If immediate painting is required, rinse off the phosphating paste with water, dry, and then paint. Alternatively, dry and remove the phosphating paste before painting without rinsing. If painting is not performed, the phosphating paste does not need to be removed and can provide rust protection for over a year. When painting is needed, remove the phosphating paste thoroughly before painting.
5.3 The phosphating paste is highly acidic. Take protective measures during operation. If it comes into contact with the skin, rinse immediately with water. If discomfort occurs, seek medical attention immediately.

6 Packaging and Storage
Packaged in 30kg plastic drums. Store in a cool, dry place. Take care to prevent breakage and leakage.

7 Precautions
Handle with care during loading and unloading to prevent breakage and splashing into the eyes. Wear protective equipment (such as acid-resistant rubber gloves and work clothes) during preparation or use. If contact with skin or eyes occurs, rinse immediately with water.
