First, when installing anti-static flooring in the computer room, the room must have basic power supply. Prepare tools such as a level, square ruler, 2–3m straightedge, ink line, small line, plumb bob, broom, pencil, oil brush, suction cup, handcart, small hammer, alloy steel flat chisel, and cutting saw.

 

To ensure the anti-static flooring is installed smoothly and stably, no detail should be overlooked. Especially, installing flooring near the walls is a technical task. After installing the complete flooring, leave gaps near the corners and edges where cutting is required. Use a square ruler and pencil to mark the cutting lines on the flooring to be cut. When cutting the anti-static flooring, be cautious to avoid injury from steel dust or gravel, and if the dust is excessive, consider cutting with water to reduce it.

 

Then, proceed with the layout according to the construction plan for the anti-static flooring in the computer room. Areas near the doorway and walls that require cutting are particularly challenging to finish. Pay close attention and adjust the leveling height of the flooring carefully. For some projects, grounding is also required after installation, so be mindful of this.

 

Finally, when installing the anti-static flooring near the walls, first cut the cross beams to the corresponding length based on the wall distance. Then, screw the cross beams to the supports. Place the cut anti-static flooring on the support cross beams.
