The mining wet dust removal fan (hereinafter referred to as the dust removal fan) combines both ventilation and dust removal functions. It is primarily suitable for purifying dust-laden air at concentrated dust-producing operation points in coal mines and can partially remove certain components from the gas. This ensures the working environment meets industrial hygiene standards, safeguarding miners' health and mine production.

Structure and Working Principle

1. It mainly consists of (1) a mining local ventilation fan, (2) a water supply spray system, (3) a base, and (4) a wet vibratory string dust collector. The fan is placed in front of the dust collector.

2. Working Principle: (1) As the impeller rotates, the resulting negative pressure draws dust-laden air into the fan. When the dust-laden air passes through the spray water curtain in front of the impeller, it mixes with the water mist from the curtain before entering the fan. Driven by the fan, the dust-laden air then enters the vibratory string filter plate of the dust collector.
