During the automatic straightening process, the operator only needs to handle the loading and unloading of workpieces (automatic loading and unloading can also be equipped). Actions such as measuring the bending degree of the workpiece, positioning the straightening point, applying pressure for straightening, and inspecting the straightening effect are automatically completed by the machine.

It can display a real-time histogram of the workpiece's bending value, making it convenient for operators to learn and operate.
With big data collection and analysis functions, it can statistically process previous straightening data, establish and adjust straightening curves, and automatically apply correction values based on the workpiece's bending amount for rapid straightening. Depending on the characteristics of the workpiece being straightened, the system can set the straightening sequence of each measurement point according to the operator's instructions.
