隨著加入世貿(mào)組織，中國進出口商品品檢需求與日俱增。為迎合這個趨勢，香港標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及檢定中心于中國廣東省東莞市設(shè)立了一間獨立、非牟利的產(chǎn)品檢測中心——「東莞標(biāo)檢產(chǎn)品檢測有限公司」，并已于2008年舉行開幕典禮，正式投入服務(wù)。該中心面積超過三萬五千平方米，可為區(qū)內(nèi)制造商提供一站式的全方位服務(wù)。服務(wù)包括：測試服務(wù)、檢驗服務(wù)、認證服務(wù)以及技術(shù)服務(wù)。
東莞標(biāo)檢已成功獲得國家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗檢疫總局（AQSIQ）所頒發(fā)的《從事進出口商品檢驗鑒定機構(gòu)資格證書》。并成功取得多個國家和國際權(quán)威機構(gòu)的認可，包括中國合格評定國家認可委員會（CNAS）、美國哥馬克阻燃實驗室（Govmark）及德國認可委員會（DAkkS)等。此外，東莞標(biāo)檢亦獲中飲標(biāo)（北京）安全飲品認證中心頒發(fā)授權(quán)實驗室證書；電波暗室更取得美國聯(lián)邦通訊委員會（FCC）和加拿大工業(yè)組織（IC）的認可，為長遠發(fā)展奠定了穩(wěn)健基礎(chǔ)。
東莞標(biāo)檢未來幾年將進一步擴大服務(wù)及認可范圍，并投放更多資源用于發(fā)展實驗室儀器設(shè)備及工作管理系統(tǒng)，為國內(nèi)企業(yè)及制作商提供更全面的檢測及認證服務(wù)，協(xié)助業(yè)界推動工商業(yè)界發(fā)展。

For seating, the loads applied during normal use can be found in ENV581-2, and for tables in EN 581-3. Shear and squeeze points are not acceptable if a hazard is created by the weight of user during the normal movements and actions, e.g. attempting to move the seating by lifting the seat or by adjusting the backrest. |
