The WQ and JYWQ submersible sewage and waste water pumps are developed by screening, improving, and overcoming the shortcomings of similar domestic and international WQ series products. Product Overview

The WQ series submersible sewage and waste water pumps are new products developed by our company under the technical supervision of Japan's Tsurumi. The designed efficiency of the sewage pump motor can meet the GB18163-2012 third-level energy efficiency standard. This product has the following features:

● The impeller adopts a dual-channel design, which ensures good balance due to symmetrical channels, resulting in smooth operation and low vibration, thereby extending the product's service life. The channel has strong passing ability, and the measured efficiency exceeds the national standard.

● It uses double-end mechanical seals with external skeleton oil seals. An oil lifter is designed in the oil chamber where the mechanical seal is installed to prevent dry grinding of the mechanical seal when oil is reduced, extending the seal's service life and making the sealing performance more reliable, effectively ensuring the product's safe and continuous operation.

● An automatic air release valve is designed at the pump outlet, eliminating the need for cumbersome manual air release valves to expel air from the pump. During operation, the pump automatically discharges air, ensuring normal water output and preventing issues caused by air trapped in the pump.

● The specially designed submersible motor features IPX8 protection and Class F insulation, allowing for high temperature rise. With excellent submersible cooling, the actual temperature rise is low, ensuring long motor insulation life. The motor is equipped with an internal thermal protector, which can automatically cut off power in abnormal conditions to prevent coil burnout. It can be reused after troubleshooting.

● Special cable manufacturing technology completely prevents water from entering the motor through tiny gaps between wires when the cable sheath is damaged or the cable front end is immersed in water.

Scope of Application

● Suitable for sewage treatment systems in construction projects, industrial and mining enterprises, and municipal engineering;

● Sewage discharge and sewage treatment in urban environmental protection systems;

● Supporting equipment for exploration and mining;

● Agricultural irrigation, rural biogas digesters, fish farming, fountains, sprinklers, etc.

Usage Conditions

● Power supply: 50Hz, 3×380V;

● Medium temperature <40°C, pH value 4-10, medium density <1200kg/m3, volumetric ratio of solid phase in the conveyed medium <2%;

● During operation, the motor part must not exceed half of the motor's length above the liquid surface;

● Not suitable for strongly corrosive fluids and media with highly corrosive particles;

● The diameter of solid particles in the medium must not exceed the permitted solid particle diameter.
