Product Classification

Based on application, they are divided into engineering vehicle wheel washers and construction site wheel washers. The former is primarily used for cleaning vehicles such as cement trucks, muck trucks, and engineering vehicles that are prone to entering urban environments. The latter is mainly used in ordinary construction sites for cleaning various equipment. The former is a mandatory rinsing equipment stipulated by national regulations.

Based on product shape and installation, they are further classified into flat-type wheel washers and pit-type wheel washers.

Operating Instructions

After powering on the wheel washer, turn on the switch of the distribution box. At this point, the device is in automatic mode, and vehicles can enter and exit the washing platform without manual operation. The washing process is as follows: the vehicle drives into the washing platform, the wheel washer automatically senses and sprays water, the vehicle drives out of the washing platform, and the water spray stops. If the wheel washer is not used for an extended period, note: turn off the power switch.
