Spray Cannon Principle:

     The spray cannon operates based on the air delivery principle. It first atomizes water using a high-quality high-pressure pump and fine mist nozzles, then utilizes the air volume and pressure of a fan to propel the atomized mist over long distances. This allows the water mist to cover a larger area while reaching farther. The mist coalesces with dust particles, causing them to settle and achieve dust suppression.

      Currently, operational dust and localized fugitive dust are major challenges in dust control at many open storage yards and worksites. Many enterprises previously used water spraying methods for dust control, but issues such as limited coverage and high water consumption resulted in unsatisfactory outcomes.

      The spray cannon can be tailored to design long-range spraying solutions based on the actual pollution conditions and dust levels at the user's site, achieving ideal dust control effects.
