Flame-retardant elastomer composed of polibutadienico (UL 94 V-0)

Suitable for encapsulating sensitive electronic components with excellent thermal shock resistance and flexibility. Flame-retardant rubber polybutadiene resin (UL 94 V-0). Ideal for encapsulating electronic devices. Excellent resistance to thermal shock. Particularly suitable for use in high-speed rotating equipment, maintaining high bonding strength at elevated temperatures. Due to the varnish impregnation desiccant in the oven (class high power135°C) ligand, the film is tough and tenacious, suitable for high-speed rotor applications.

When stored in a light-tight, sealed container, the shelf life can be up to 6 months (23°C) or 12 months (15°C). If stored in an operational tank, it is recommended to keep it in dry air under standard atmospheric pressure; additionally, it is advised not to fill the tank to full capacity, up to 70% of its volume. Periodically opening the tank lid and stirring the resin allows oxygen to permeate into the resin, thereby extending the shelf life.
