3M Fluorinert? Liquid FC-3283 is a colorless, transparent perfluorochemical with excellent chemical inertness, electrical insulation properties, thermal conductivity, and low surface tension. It is used in semiconductor manufacturing plants as a heat transfer medium. Its liquid temperature range is from -50°C to 128°C, and it is primarily applied in etching equipment, ion implantation equipment, testing equipment, and other devices. Since FC-3283 is a single-component fluid, its composition is less prone to degradation or expiration. With a high boiling point, FC-3283 also exhibits minimal evaporation over time. With the advancement of technology and the increasing integration of electronic products, ensuring proper functionality makes cleaning processes critically important.
