The LSA-E20/2400 steering gear three-tank ultrasonic cleaning machine operates on the principle where the ultrasonic generator converts industrial frequency electrical energy into high-frequency electrical signals of 20KHz-60KHz. These signals are transmitted via high-frequency cables to the transducer, which converts them into mechanical vibrations of various frequencies. These vibrations propagate through the cleaning solution, generating powerful ultrasonic oscillations that dislodge dirt, achieving efficient cleaning of objects. This machine implements a novel ultrasonic cleaning method combining multiple frequencies, ensuring safety, reliability, and no damage. It provides superior cleaning effects on workpiece surfaces, internal holes, and hidden areas, with higher cleanliness and faster cleaning speeds, thereby improving production efficiency. The process includes one stage of ultrasonic cleaning, a second stage of ultrasonic precision cleaning, and a third tank for rinsing. Each ultrasonic cleaning tank can be independently controlled for time, heating and temperature maintenance, and alarm reminders. Equipped with an independent circulation system, each tank features advanced overflow technology to ensure relatively clean cleaning solution.

Functional Description
1. Ultrasonic generator: Generates 28kHz ultrasonic electrical signals provided to the ultrasonic transducer;
2. Ultrasonic transducer: Converts the ultrasonic electrical signals generated by the ultrasonic generator into high-frequency mechanical vibrations, propagating through the cleaning solution to achieve ultrasonic cleaning;
3. First ultrasonic cleaning tank:
Workpieces undergo initial cleaning (rough cleaning) in this tank to remove most surface dirt;
4. Second ultrasonic cleaning tank:
Workpieces are cleaned a second time in this tank for better cleaning results;
5. Third rinsing tank
Rinses workpieces that have undergone ultrasonic cleaning with clean water;
6. Each tank is equipped with an automatic control indirect heating system: Heats and automatically controls the temperature of the cleaning solution in each tank to meet cleaning process requirements;
7. Ultrasonic tank filtration system: Filters the cleaning agent in the ultrasonic cleaning tank to maintain its cleaning capability for longer;
8. Each tank is equipped with a liquid level controller to control water intake;
9. Each tank's water inlet and outlet are fitted with solenoid valves for automatic control of water intake and drainage. Overflowing liquid is discharged through a serrated overflow weir via the overflow port.
10. The timer automatically alerts the operator upon completion of cleaning based on the set time.
