The integrated program-controlled high-temperature furnace, also known as the integrated program-controlled box furnace or integrated program-controlled muffle furnace, features a ceramic fiber inner chamber and high-temperature heating elements for energy efficiency and high performance, consuming only one-third the energy of conventional high-temperature furnaces with rapid heating. The exterior is made of cold-rolled steel with spray coating, offering a lightweight design that weighs just one-fifth of traditional high-temperature furnaces. The control system utilizes a fully automatic multi-band LTDE programmable instrument with adjustable heating rates, employing PID+SSR synchronous coordination control to ensure consistency and reproducibility in tests or experiments. It includes automatic temperature holding and time control functions, along with secondary over-temperature protection for reliable and safe operation. The control unit is located below the chamber, integrated into the design, with all electrical connections between the furnace and temperature controller completed before shipment, ready for use upon power connection.
