The integrated programmable high-temperature furnace, also known as the integrated programmable box-type electric furnace or integrated programmed muffle furnace, features a high-quality alumina ceramic fiber inner chamber and high-efficiency resistance wire heating, offering energy-saving performance with only one-third the energy consumption of conventional high-temperature furnaces. The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel with spray coating, making it lightweight and only one-fifth the weight of ordinary high-temperature furnaces.

The control system uses a fully automatic multi-band touch-programmable instrument with adjustable heating rates. The furnace is equipped with a communication interface and software, allowing direct computer control of various parameters. Users can monitor the PV and SV temperature values and the instrument’s operation in real time via the computer. The actual heating curve is plotted in real time, and temperature data at each moment can be saved and retrieved at any time. The PID+SSR system ensures synchronous and coordinated control, enabling consistency and reproducibility for any test or experiment. It features automatic constant temperature and time control functions, adjustable holding time, and the ability to set different temperatures for different time periods. It also includes a secondary over-temperature automatic protection function, ensuring reliable control and safe operation. The control instrument is located below the chamber, integrated into the unit. Electrical connections between the furnace body and the temperature controller are completed before shipment, making it ready to use upon power connection. It is an ideal high-temperature furnace for universities, research institutions, industrial and mining enterprises, and laboratories.
