The DHG9000HA series precision forced convection drying oven is the result of years of research by our factory's technical team, incorporating the advantages of German drying ovens, and currently offers the highest uniformity. The cabinet features a modern and aesthetically pleasing design with a spray-painted exterior, and the control system is located at the bottom of the unit.

The control instrument utilizes a fully programmable automatic meter capable of regulating heating speed, temperature rise, constant temperature, and multi-segment curve settings. The PID+SSR system ensures synchronous and coordinated control, enabling consistency and reproducibility for any test or experiment. The instrument is equipped with a secondary over-temperature automatic protection function, ensuring reliable control and safe operation. The stainless steel electric heater, located at the bottom of the chamber, emits heat upward through a three-sided air duct. After passing over the drying material, the air is drawn in by the centrifugal fan at the bottom, forming a rational airflow path that facilitates full convection of hot air, maximizing temperature uniformity within the chamber. Under these conditions, the uniformity at various points in the effective space inside the chamber reaches up to ±1°C, comparable to drying ovens from Japan and Germany. It is particularly suitable for industries such as electronic components, rubber, plastics, and decorative materials that require strict temperature uniformity in testing.
