The AOX-C Combustion Furnace features a ceramic fiber inner liner for energy efficiency and high performance. It consists of two semi-circular furnace liners embedded with high-temperature resistance wires, combined to form the furnace. The high-temperature resistance wires generate heat, with air cooling and a metal outer shell. The AOX combustion furnace is characterized by fast heating speed, an openable furnace body function, and rapid cooling.
The control system uses an LTDE programmable instrument with adjustable heating rates. The PID + SSR system ensures synchronous and coordinated control, enabling consistency and reproducibility in any test or experiment. It features automatic temperature control and time control functions, with secondary over-temperature protection for reliable control and safe use.
