It heats up quickly (reaching 1000°C within 10 minutes and maintaining precise constant temperature with zero error). The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel with spray coating, featuring a compact and lightweight design, weighing only one-fifth of conventional high-temperature furnaces. The control system utilizes a fully automatic multi-band LTDE programmable instrument with adjustable heating rate. The PID+SSR system ensures synchronous and coordinated control, enabling consistent and reproducible test or experimental results.
