The integrated program-controlled high-temperature furnace, also known as the integrated program-controlled box-type electric furnace or integrated programmed muffle furnace, features a ceramic fiber inner chamber and high-temperature heating wires for energy efficiency and high performance. Its energy consumption is only one-third that of conventional high-temperature furnaces, with rapid heating capability. The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel with spray coating, offering a lightweight design and weighing only one-fifth of traditional high-temperature furnaces.
The control system utilizes a fully automatic multi-band LTDE programmable instrument with adjustable heating rates. The PID+SSR system ensures synchronous and coordinated control, enabling consistency and reproducibility in any test or experiment. It includes automatic constant temperature and time control functions, along with secondary over-temperature protection for reliable and safe operation. The control panel is located below the chamber, and the furnace is integrated with pre-completed electrical connections between the furnace body and the temperature controller, allowing for immediate use upon power connection. It is an ideal high-temperature furnace for universities, research institutions, industrial and mining enterprises, and laboratories.
