The furnace chamber is made of ultra-lightweight material, weighing only one-fifth of the original energy-saving fiber resistance furnace, with a heating rate three times faster. The control system utilizes LTDE technology, featuring fully automatic intelligent control, 30-segment programming, curve heating, automatic constant temperature, automatic shutdown, and PID+SSR synchronous coordinated control, ensuring consistency and reproducibility for tests or experiments. It includes automatic constant temperature and time control functions, along with secondary over-temperature automatic protection, ensuring reliable control and safe operation. The control instrument is located below the main unit, integrated into the design, with electrical connections between the furnace body and the temperature controller completed before leaving the factory—just plug in to use. It is an ideal high-temperature furnace for universities, research institutions, industrial and mining enterprises, and laboratories.
