The integrated self-draining monitor base is a firefighting device designed for use with fire monitors, featuring simple operation, automatic drainage, and freeze protection. Its structure utilizes a spring to seal the drainage port and discharge residual water from both the monitor base and the monitor’s inner chamber. When the base’s seal is opened to activate the monitor, water pressure compresses the spring to seal the drainage port, ensuring excellent and reliable sealing performance. When the seal is closed to deactivate the monitor, the internal pressure decreases, and the spring automatically releases to discharge residual water, providing freeze protection. At higher outlet pressures, the fire wrench can be rotated to adjust the outlet pressure, achieving optimal working pressure for effective water jet performance. Additionally, the integrated self-draining monitor base includes multiple functions such as two 65mm connectors and a 150mm suction port. It can be installed in key fire-prone areas such as petrochemical plants, oil fields, docks, and ports, as well as on various firefighting vehicles (ships) and environmental protection units.

The integrated fire hydrant and monitor address this by adding a branch pipe for the fire monitor on the hydrant body, with a control valve (ball or butterfly valve) at the connection point to select between hydrant or monitor operation. This integration reduces both usage and maintenance costs.
