Aluminum alloy sacrificial anode complies with standard GB/T4948-2002

Aluminum alloy sacrificial anode is our company's main production product, commonly used in seawater steel piles, seawater pipelines, inner walls of oil storage tanks, circulating water pipelines, ballast water tank protection, and a series of other applications. Aluminum alloy sacrificial anodes are not recommended for use in soil. Their main function is to protect against corrosion, extend the service life of protection, with simple production processes and fine workmanship. The alloy composition inside is crucial for aluminum alloy sacrificial anodes; the proportion of components must strictly follow national standards. Every step of the process is strictly controlled by workers to achieve excellence and deliver satisfactory products to customers.

Main Uses of Aluminum
Over the past fifty years, aluminum has become one of the most widely used metals in the world. Wrought aluminum and aluminum alloys are produced by forging methods to create aluminum castings; deformed aluminum and aluminum alloys are processed products of aluminum produced by pressure processing methods: plates, strips, foils, tubes, rods, profiles, wires, and forgings. According to the national standard for remelted aluminum ingots, "Remelted aluminum ingots are divided into six grades based on chemical composition: Al99.85, Al99.80, Al99.70, Al99.60, Al99.50, Al99.00" (Note: The number after Al indicates the aluminum content). In the construction industry, aluminum is widely used due to its stability in air and excellent appearance after anodizing; in aviation and national defense industries.

The density of aluminum is 2.7g/cm3, open-circuit potential: approximately -1.05V, current efficiency greater than 70%, △E=0.25V. It is typically used in water with resistivity less than 150ΩNaN. Aluminum anodes are generally not used in soil.

Main Uses:
Aluminum anodes can prevent corrosion of steel structures in seawater and freshwater, suitable for ships, mechanical equipment, marine engineering, and port facilities in seawater media, as well as seawater pipelines, hulls, ballast tanks, storage tanks, drilling platforms, pipelines in seabed mud, cables, and other facilities for metal corrosion protection through cathodic protection. The performance of aluminum anodes is influenced by the chemical composition of the alloy. We provide different alloy compositions to meet customer requirements and can also manufacture anodes with special chemical compositions according to customer specifications.
