XP935 Triethanolamine Borate Rust Inhibitor

Product Overview XP935 is a nitrogen-containing borate derivative product, formulated with a small amount of other non-ionic surfactants. It is widely used in industries such as machinery, metallurgy, petrochemicals, and construction rust prevention. It is applied in formulations of grinding (cutting) fluids, rolling oils, emulsified oils, cleaning agents, and rust inhibitors, offering excellent extreme pressure and anti-rust properties.

Performance Characteristics · Excellent rust prevention performance for ferrous metals such as carbon steel, cast iron, and cold-rolled plates;
· Good corrosion inhibition for copper and its alloys;
· Good water solubility, with a colorless, transparent, and foam-free aqueous solution;
· Good anti-corrosion and extreme pressure properties, environmentally friendly;
· Very high alkali reserve capacity, making it an excellent pH stabilizer;
· When combined with dibasic/tribasic acids, copper/aluminum corrosion inhibitors, etc., it effectively enhances the system's lubrication performance and corrosion inhibition for various metals.

Usage Methods
1. Can be applied in cutting fluid and cleaning agent systems, with a recommended dosage of 2.5%-5%.
2. Can be directly diluted 50-100 times for use as a ferrous metal rust preventive water.
The precise dosage for specific formulations can be determined through testing.
