XPH201 Foam-Free Surfactant

Product Overview XPH201 is a novel alkyl carboxylic acid isomerized polyol amine soap based on natural products. It is foam-free with strong degreasing power; resistant to strong alkalis; high gel reduction capability; excellent water solubility, rinsability, and compatibility;

Phosphorus-free, environmentally friendly, non-irritating to skin and eyes, and fully biodegradable. The product offers good durability and compatibility, and can be used with conventional additives to produce high-quality degreasing products.

Especially suitable for ambient to heated circulating spray cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, and immersion cleaning, featuring efficient oil removal and no foam accumulation.

Applications · Used in low-foam or foam-free cleaning systems, recommended raw liquid dosage is 5%-10%;

· Used in foam-free cutting/grinding fluid systems, recommended raw liquid dosage is 3%-8%.

· Resistant to high alkalinity, can withstand 20% NaOH aqueous solution;

· Resistant to hard water, can withstand water hardness >50000 ppm;

· Excellent water solubility, rinsability, and compatibility;

· Outstanding extreme pressure lubricity, effectively reducing system friction coefficient and minimizing wear;
