Product Overview: Organic molybdenum nitrogen fullerene lubricant is produced by modifying fullerene C60 to impart polarity, enabling it to combine with molybdenum nitrogen to form organic molybdenum nitrogen fullerene, which is fully soluble in lubricating oil. Under normal operating conditions of lubricated components, it forms a physical and chemical adsorption film on friction surfaces that reduces friction and resists wear. Under harsh conditions such as high speed, high temperature, and high pressure, it forms a molybdenum element penetration layer and a fullerene C60 eutectic rolling lubrication layer on the friction pair surface. Due to the spherical shape of fullerene and its properties of high-temperature resistance, toughness, and super-lubrication, it transforms sliding friction into rolling friction. This significantly reduces wear between components, achieving anti-wear, friction reduction, and wear scar repair effects that are difficult to attain with other substances.

Applications: Used in engine oils, wind turbine oils, industrial machinery oils, emulsions, drilling fluids, greases, and other specialty oils; also used as a reinforcing agent to enhance anti-wear and friction reduction properties, such as engine protectants in the automotive aftermarket. It not only exhibits excellent oil solubility (with good solubility in Group I, II, III oils, and PAO) and superior dispersibility but also provides special effects including anti-wear, friction reduction, oxidation resistance, and increased torque capacity.
