XP1817 Dark Sulfurized Lard

Product Overview XP1817 is a dark, low-odor active sulfurized extreme pressure anti-wear agent with high viscosity, strong adhesion, thick oil film, and excellent anti-wear properties. It is suitable for use as a main agent in plastic deformation processes such as stamping and drawing, and for blending mid-range stamping oils and drawing oils. It can also be used as an additive in the adhesive industry, offering strong economic applicability.

Application Widely used in the formulation of various industrial oils and metalworking fluids;
Recommended dosage: Industrial oils, 0.5%–3%; Metalworking fluids, 3%–20%.

Performance Characteristics
Active sulfur, not suitable for non-ferrous metal processing;
Suitable for blending low-speed medium and heavy-duty oils. When used in combination with sulfurized fatty acid esters, it performs better under high-speed and severe operating conditions;
Thick oil film, strong adhesion, and excellent extreme pressure anti-wear properties, making it suitable for heavy-duty stamping processes.
