XP550A Fully Synthetic Lubricating Coolant
Product Overview

XP550A is a mineral-oil-free, water-based fully synthetic lubricating and cooling machining fluid developed using a novel synthetic process. It is primarily used for machining processes such as turning, drilling, milling, and grinding of aerospace aluminum materials. It offers excellent lubrication, rust prevention, and cleaning performance. Its innovative formulation is free from harmful substances such as halogens, formaldehyde, phenol, nitrites, sulfur, phosphorus, etc., and will not cause harm to humans or the environment.
Applications
XP550A is recommended for medium to heavy-duty machining processes such as grinding, honing, milling, turning, boring, drilling, and light tapping of ferrous and non-ferrous metal alloys.

Note: This product does not contain mineral oil, chlorine, heavy metals, secondary amines, isothiazolinones, formalin, nitrosamines, diethylene glycol dibutyl ether, sulfur, phosphorus, etc. While these chemicals are not part of the synthetic formulation, trace amounts may still be present.
