Application Range

Advanced plastic colorants fall under the category of oil-soluble dyes and can dissolve in organic solvents. They can be used individually or blended in various proportions to achieve desired shades.

Dye Application

When these dyes are dissolved in molten plastic, they distribute in a molecular state. For coloring various plastics, a specific proportion can be directly added to the plastic and uniformly mixed for pre-molding or molding. The color intensity can be adjusted as needed. In transparent and clean resins, the dyes produce bright transparent shades. When used with an appropriate amount of titanium white powder and other dyes, semi-transparent or opaque shades can be achieved. The dosage can be negotiated based on requirements, with typical usage being 0.02%-0.05% for transparent shades and around 0.1% for opaque shades.
