The TAKAYA APT-1400F series from Japan is a single-sided flying probe tester with 6 flying probes, including 2 vertical probes that can access previously unreachable contact points. It can handle components up to 60 mm in height and board weights of 10 kg, making it suitable for inspecting large and heavy substrates such as those used in automotive, aircraft, and medical equipment, as well as power boards and probe cards.
