The equipment can only be put into use after a thorough inspection and the elimination of potential issues, and under no circumstances should equipment be operated with known defects. Additionally, safety accessories such as safety valves, water level gauges, pressure gauges, and temperature measurement devices should be inspected and properly documented.

Boiler users must prevent pressurized boilers from being used beyond their pressure limits and ensure that atmospheric boilers are not used under pressure. Daily inspections should be strengthened, and effective measures must be taken decisively upon discovering any abnormalities to ensure safety. Operating boilers without water, under overpressure, or overload is strictly prohibited. Particularly, in cases of severe water shortage, adding water to the boiler is strictly forbidden. When the boiler is out of use, the water inside should be drained to prevent ice blockages in the boiler pipes. When opening steam valves, the warm-up time for the pipes should be extended, and the valves should only be fully opened after the pipes are sufficiently warmed. A drain pipe should be installed at an appropriate location on the safety valve discharge pipe to ensure the drainage of accumulated water. In cold weather, manual discharge operations of the safety valve should be performed.

Boiler users must pay special attention to the safety of gas boilers, particularly issues such as improper ignition, flame extinction, equipment defects, gas leaks, and operational errors. Before startup, in addition to inspecting the boiler itself, check whether the gas pressure is normal, whether there are leaks in the pipeline valves, whether the valve switches are in the correct position, and test whether the gas alarm system and its interlock protection devices are functioning normally and reliably. Strictly follow the operating procedures for starting and stopping gas boilers. Before ignition, purge the furnace and flue to ensure the burner and control devices are safe and reliable. During operation, regularly monitor whether the gas flow and pressure are stable.

Boiler users must, in accordance with the law, appoint boiler safety directors and safety officers, clarify their responsibilities, strengthen job training and safety risk management, and effectively implement the "daily control, weekly inspection, and monthly scheduling" work system for heating boilers. A comprehensive self-inspection and self-correction of safety issues should be carried out. For any problems discovered, establish records and develop effective corrective measures, clearly defining the timeline and responsible personnel to ensure full implementation of corrections and timely elimination of hidden risks. If it is found that special equipment such as boilers and pressure vessels are in an unsafe state, key positions and frontline operational personnel are missing, or安全生產(chǎn) conditions are not met, the use of such equipment should be immediately stopped.
