It adopts a high-quality steel plate welded structure, with wear-resistant blades, integrating the transmission device, drive shaft, and blades into one. Since the bearings and reducer of the star-type ash discharge valve protrude outward, it can prevent dust from squeezing into the bearings and large particles of material from jamming. During operation, the geared motor drives the impeller to rotate via a coupling, evenly conveying the material from the upper part of the housing to the lower part.High-Temperature Resistant Type: Due to the varying temperature rises during material conveying and discharge, which affect body expansion and are detrimental to bearings and oil seal systems, our factory has designed a high-temperature resistant external-type ash discharge valve. It separates the operating parts from the material-contact box section, ensuring the safe operation of bearings and oil seal systems unaffected by temperature changes. This type of product not only withstands high

temperatures but is also highly effective for conveying and receiving hygroscopic materials and metallic powders. These materials are penetrative and can penetrate oil seals, directly entering bearings, causing operational failure and mechanical damage. Thanks to its external design, it does not come into contact with the material. The high-temperature resistant ash discharge valve can handle material temperatures up to 500°C and uses sprocket connections.

Pressure-Resistant Type: It employs a closed rotor and can be widely used in suction, pressure, and negative pressure pneumatic conveying systems. It ensures no leakage of airflow pressure in the conveying pipe, enabling safe material transport and collection. Hence, it is referred to as a universal air lock valve. It is not only pressure-resistant but also incorporates the functions of standard types.
