Usage precautions: 1. Before using the star-type unloader, check the quantity and type of lubricating oil in the reducer. Replace the oil after one month of operation, and then annually thereafter. 2. Connect the air source interface and check whether the interface is blocked by foreign objects. Ensure the interface is clean and unobstructed. 3. Before using the star-type unloader, ensure that the rotor rotates clockwise (viewed from the extended shaft end of the reducer, consistent with the arrow on the sprocket cover). 4. Before using the star-type unloader, open the sprocket cover to check the tension of the chain, and inspect it regularly during operation. Apply suitable lubricant to the chain and sprocket. 5. Throughout the use of the unloader, adjust the pressure reducing valve so that the pressure at the seal is preferably 0.05 MPa higher than the material pressure in the valve body. The gas used should be oil-free, dry compressed air. 6. Throughout the use of the star-type unloader, the air source at the seal must always be present.
