Replace with new oil after one month of operation, and then change the oil once a year thereafter.2、 Connect the air source interface and check whether it is blocked by foreign objects to ensure it is clean and unobstructed;3、 Before using the star-type discharger, make sure the rotor rotates clockwise (viewed from the extended shaft end of the gearbox, consistent with the arrow on the sprocket housing);4、 Before using the star-type discharger, open the sprocket housing to check the chain tension and inspect it regularly during operation; also apply suitable grease to the chain and sprocket;5、 During the entire use of the discharger, adjust the pressure reducing valve so that the pressure at the seal is preferably 0.05MPa greater than the material pressure inside the valve body. The gas used should be oil-free, dry compressed air;6、 Throughout the use of the star-type discharger, the air source at the seal must always be present. Only after confirming that the valve has stopped operating can the air source be shut off;

High-temperature resistant type: Depending on the temperature rise during material conveying and discharge, as temperature affects the expansion of the body and is detrimental to the bearing and oil seal system, our factory has designed a high-temperature resistant external structure ash discharge valve. It separates the operating parts from the material-contact box, ensuring the safe operation of bearings and oil seal systems unaffected by temperature changes. This product is not only resistant to high

temperatures but also effective for conveying and receiving hygroscopic materials and metallic powders. These materials are penetrative and can penetrate the oil seal, reaching the bearings and causing operational failure and mechanical damage. Due to its external design, it does not come into contact with the material. The high-temperature resistant ash discharge valve can handle material temperatures up to 500°C and uses sprocket connections.

Pressure-resistant type: It uses a closed rotor and can be widely used in suction-type, pressure-type pneumatic conveying systems, and negative pressure conveying equipment. It ensures no leakage of airflow pressure in the conveying pipe, enabling safe material conveying and collection. Hence, it is referred to as a universal airlock in this regard.
