The gas used should be oil-free, dry compressed air;6、 During the entire use of the star feeder, the air source at the seal must always be present. Only after confirming that the valve has stopped operating can the air source be shut off;

Common faults: 1. During transportation and installation of the star feeder, ensure it remains stable and avoid collisions to prevent casing breakage or deformation. 2. Before leaving the factory, the gearbox is filled with No. 0 grease, and the ash discharge valve is filled with lithium-based grease. Within 6-10 months of operation, the transmission and bearing components should be replenished or replaced with grease. If the environmental temperature is high, humid, or there is excessive dust in the air, the oil change interval should be appropriately shortened. 3. During use, if air or ash leakage occurs along the axial direction, tighten the material compression cover. 4. During operation, avoid overloading the equipment due to large material particles or strong adhesion, or equipment jamming or motor short circuits caused by foreign objects left in the dust collector. It is recommended that users regularly inspect and install overload protection devices. 5.
