Classification and structural features::(1) The spiral blades of the screw conveyor come in three types: solid spiral surface type, belt spiral surface type, and blade spiral surface type. (4) At the material outlet end of the LS and GX type screw conveyors, 1/2 to 1 reverse spiral blade should be installed to prevent powder material from clogging the end. (5) The screw conveyor consists of three parts: the screw machine body, the inlet and outlet ports, and the driving device. The screw machine body is composed of the head bearing, tail bearing, hanging bearing, screw, casing, cover plate, and base. The driving device consists of an electric motor, reducer, coupling, and base.
