PCS9611C Line Protection Device

Application Scope

The PCS-9611C Line Protection Device is suitable for line protection and measurement/control in non-directly grounded systems or small resistance grounded systems with voltage levels below 110kV. The device collects analog quantities via conventional electromagnetic transformers and supports the IEC61850 protocol.

1. High-performance universal hardware with real-time computing: Utilizes a 32-bit high-performance dual-core processor; Core 1 handles protection calculations and trip logic, Core 2 manages event recording, fault recording, human-machine interface, background communication, and printing. High-performance hardware ensures real-time calculation of all relays within each sampling interval.
2. Dual sampling: Employs dual sampling and mutual verification technology; one path for protection element action behavior calculation, one path for enabling trip positive power supply, ensuring reliability of protection sampling and correctness of protection behavior.
3. Modular software design: The device provides comprehensive protection functions, with each protection element designed modularly, independent, and flexibly configurable.
4. Comprehensive communication functions: Features flexible communication methods, configurable with 3×100Mbps Ethernet interfaces, 2×RS-485 serial ports, 1×RS-232 printer serial port. Supports power industry communication standards DL/T667-1999 (IEC60870-5-103) and DL/T860 (IEC61850). Supports 100Mbps, **Category 5 cable or fiber optic communication interfaces.
