Beijing Sifang CSC-281 Digital Line Protection and Control Device

1.1 Device Overview
This device is suitable for line protection and control in non-directly grounded neutral systems with voltage levels of 35KV and below, and can be installed locally in switchgear cabinets.
1.1.1 Protection Functions
a) Three-stage composite voltage blocking overcurrent protection (directional optional), with the third stage configurable as an inverse-time segment (when set to inverse-time, the fixed-time overcurrent II and III stage protections are automatically disabled);
b) Three-stage fixed-time zero-sequence overcurrent protection, with the third stage configurable as an inverse-time segment (when set to inverse-time, the fixed-time zero-sequence overcurrent II and III stage protections are automatically disabled);
c) Acceleration protection (pre-reclosing acceleration, post-reclosing acceleration, and manual closing acceleration);
d) Overload alarm;
e) Under-frequency load shedding;
f) Under-voltage separation;
g) Three-phase one-shot auto-reclosing;
h) Small current grounding line selection.
1.1.2 Control and Monitoring Functions
a) 16-channel remote signal acquisition, device remote signal change, and accident remote signal;
b) Remote control of normal circuit breaker opening and closing;
c) Remote measurement of analog quantities such as Ua, Ub, Uc, Ia, Ib, Ic, Uab, Ubc, Uca, P, Q, cos?, f;
d) Event SOE recording.
5.1.3 Other Functions
a) PT broken wire alarm;
b) Control bus broken wire alarm;
c) Spring not charged alarm;
d) 5 setting groups.
