Beijing Sifang CSC-211 Digital Line Protection and Control Device

1.1 Device Introduction
The CSC-211 is a line protection and control device suitable for non-directly grounded neutral systems with voltage levels below 110kV. It can be installed locally in switchgear cabinets and is designed as Version 2.10 specifically for power plant user requirements.
1.1.1 Protection Functions
a) Three-stage definite-time overcurrent protection (directional blocking via low voltage), where Stage III can be set as an inverse-time section (when set to inverse-time, definite-time overcurrent protection Stages II and III are automatically disabled);
b) Three-stage definite-time zero-sequence overcurrent protection (directional blocking), where Stage III can be set as an inverse-time section (when set to inverse-time, definite-time zero-sequence overcurrent protection Stages II and III are automatically disabled);
c) Small current grounding line selection;
d) Overload protection (trip option available);
e) Closing acceleration protection (pre-acceleration, post-acceleration, and manual closing acceleration);
f) Under-frequency load shedding protection;
g) Low-voltage separation function;
h) Three-phase single-shot auto-reclosing (synchronism check, voltage check, or non-synchronism);
i) Manual closing function (manual closing with synchronism check, voltage check, or non-synchronism);
j) FC overcurrent blocking protection function.
5.1.2 Measurement and Control Functions
a) 15 channels of digital input telemetry acquisition, device status change telemetry, and fault telemetry;
b) Remote control of normal circuit breaker opening/closing, and remote control of small current grounding detection opening/closing;
c) Telemetry of analog quantities such as Ua, Ub, Uc, Ia, Ic, P, Q, cos?, F;
d) Forward/reverse active energy, forward/reverse reactive energy;
e) Event SOE recording;
f) 2 channels of pulse P, Q input.
5.1.3 Other Functions
a) PT broken wire alarm;
b) Control bus broken wire alarm;
c) Spring not charged alarm;
d) Fault recording;
e) 4-20mA function;
f) 32 setting groups.
