Introduction
Unit Cooling Principle
The compressor operates, converting low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, which enters the condenser. Part of the heat from the refrigerant inside the condenser is expelled by external cooling water or cooling fans. The refrigerant releases heat and liquefies into a high-temperature, high-pressure liquid, which then flows through a dryer filter for drying and filtration. It then enters the expansion valve for throttling (a rapid cooling process) and pressure reduction. The refrigerant liquefies into a low-temperature, low-pressure liquid and enters the evaporator for heat exchange. The low-temperature, low-pressure liquid refrigerant absorbs heat from the surrounding medium (water, oil) outside the evaporator. During the heat absorption process, the refrigerant temperature remains constant while its volume changes. After absorbing heat, the low-pressure hydraulic refrigerant vaporizes into a low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant and enters the compressor. It is compressed into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas and enters the condenser, thus completing the entire refrigeration cycle.
Unit Heating Principle

The refrigerant enters the condenser, where its heat is utilized to heat the water tank, with heated water reaching up to 90 degrees Celsius.
