JS Manhole Cover Testing Machine (Manual Loading)

This testing machine is suitable for testing the load-bearing and deformation capacity of various manhole covers made of steel fiber, cement, cast iron, composite materials, and more. It features a Chinese LCD screen display with a single-chip microcomputer and is equipped with a mini printer (or a standard display instrument without printing) to print test results.

The testing machine consists of upper and lower platforms (frame), a trolley, a manual jack, rigid padding blocks, rubber padding blocks, sensors, and a large-screen Chinese display instrument (or standard digital instrument). It can display load force, loading speed, curves, peak values, displacement variable data, printing, data storage, and other functions (displaying force values, peak values, and displacement deformation).

The maximum load-bearing pressure of the testing machine for manhole covers is 600/1000 kN. Minimum display: 0.01 kN
