The livestock and poultry manure high-temperature aerobic fermentation tank treatment equipment utilizes the principle of aerobic microbial fermentation, enabling microorganisms to rapidly multiply by utilizing organic matter, residual proteins, etc., in the manure under conditions of appropriate temperature, humidity, and sufficient oxygen. During the reproduction process, they consume organic matter, proteins, and oxygen in the manure, metabolizing to produce ammonia, CO2, and water vapor. Simultaneously, a large amount of heat is released, raising the temperature inside the tank. At 45°C to 70°C, microbial growth and metabolism are further promoted, while temperatures above 60°C can kill harmful bacteria, pathogens, and parasites in the manure. With continuous addition and the ongoing cycle of microbial reproduction inside the tank, harmless treatment of the manure is achieved. The processed clinker can be directly used as fertilizer or as raw material for producing compound organic fertilizers, addressing the environmental pollution caused by manure and ensuring the large-scale, green, and sustainable development of the breeding industry. 

When using this equipment for the first time, microbial inoculants must be added along with the raw materials. After fermentation, when adding materials again, no additional inoculants are needed, as the microorganisms produced by reproduction inside the tank can continue the fermentation process. Thereafter, as long as materials are added and production proceeds normally to sustain the fermentation process, comprehensive mixing, ventilation, insulation, and other measures are achieved through equipment operation, creating an excellent environment suitable for microbial reproduction. This maximizes the speed of microbial reproduction, promotes the "biological fermentation - manure harmless treatment" process, and enables large-scale, industrial processing.

Components and Functions:

1. Conditioning Machine (Optional): If the moisture content of the manure exceeds 70%, dry organic materials such as dried manure, sawdust, rice husks, and straw need to be added and thoroughly mixed to adjust the moisture content to below 70%.

2. Fermentation Tank: Stores the organic materials for fermentation.

3. Mixer: Evenly mixes the materials inside the fermentation tank to ensure uniform fermentation and achieve 100% maturity.

4. Ventilation Pump: A high-pressure vortex air pump fully supplies the oxygen required for the fermentation process inside the tank.

5. Automatic Skip Hoist: Feeds the fermentation materials into the fermentation tank.

6. Discharge Machine: Removes the fermented organic fertilizer from the fermentation tank.

7. Control Cabinet: PLC computer automatically and manually controls and monitors the fermentation process.

8. Maintenance Door: Facilitates equipment maintenance.

9. Exhaust Gas Treatment System: Sprays and purifies the exhaust gases and dust generated during fermentation to avoid environmental pollution.

10. Discharge Conveyor Belt (Optional): Transports the organic fertilizer discharged from the fermentation tank to storage or transport vehicles.
