Borosilicate glass 0.2mm-25mm, maximum size 3000*1500, minimum size unlimited.

Advantages of borosilicate glass:

1. Borosilicate material with high transparency.

2. Suitable for high-temperature equipment observation windows, resistant to high pressure.

3. Corrosion resistance. Except for hydrofluoric acid, borosilicate glass hardly reacts with other acidic substances. Its acid resistance is 30 times that of ceramics and 150 times that of stainless steel. Especially under high temperatures, its chemical stability is unmatched by any other engineering material.

4. Excellent thermal stability. Borosilicate glass has an extremely low thermal expansion coefficient and can withstand drastic temperature changes. It can be heated to around 500°C.

5. Good light transmission. Borosilicate glass has excellent light transmission across the entire spectrum from ultraviolet to infrared, with a visible light transmittance of over 93%. Particularly in the ultraviolet spectrum, the maximum transmittance can exceed 80%.

6. Due to its excellent physical and chemical properties, borosilicate glass is widely used in various fields such as electric light sources, semiconductors, optical communication, military industry, metallurgy, building materials, chemistry, machinery, electric power, environmental protection, etc.

For fire-resistant glass used in construction, borosilicate 4.0 is adopted.

We use 3.3.

Additionally, there is Schott's borosilicate with a thermal expansion coefficient of 3.25.

For high-end demands, borosilicate material with a coefficient of 2.9 is also available.
