High-flow agent is a lubricating additive powder that exhibits its lubricity and dispersibility in the molten state, reducing the resistance between the melt and machine metal. This significantly enhances the flow properties of the plastic melt, thereby achieving the goal of improving plastic melt fluidity.
I. Functions of High-Flow Agent:
①. When added during injection molding, it improves fluidity, resolves issues such as uneven material flow and water marks, and enhances product gloss. It also reduces electricity consumption and machine wear caused by excessive injection pressure.
②. It is applied in injection molding for thin-walled, large plastic parts, and products with complex structures that are prone to flow issues.
③. After adding the high-flow agent, the production efficiency and quality of products such as blown films, extrusions, woven bags, and pipes are significantly improved.
④. It can be used in extrusion/filament-grade PP to produce polypropylene fibers, fine denier long/short fibers.
⑤. Adding 0.2~0.4% of the high-flow agent can lower the processing temperature by 30~60%, significantly reducing electricity consumption and improving efficiency.
⑥. It does not affect transparency or product performance.
